In 2011 I decided I would run the NYC ING Marathon. It was an accomplishment I wanted to scratch off my bucket list. For the majority of my life I never ran. It wasn’t until I decided to run the marathon, that I adopted running as a lifestyle. Not only was it beneficial to my health, but it was one of the best decisions I ever made!
Runners Experience is a blog dedicated to runners. As a novice, I learned through trial and error. I also received a lot of beneficial advice. Our blog is by runners, for runners. Throughout the site, there is a wide range of information from proper nutrition to personal stories. What drives our site? You…the reader…the runner!
