This was my first spin class and I have to say the experience was amazing! The work out was intense, and there was an upper body work portion that incorporated weights as well.

My only gripe was the locker rooms are small and there’s only two showers which can become problematic once class lets out. However that’s only a small concern seeing how extremely clean their facilities are and the friendly staff available to assist you.

If you’re a runner looking for a change of pace, I highly recommend paying these guys a visit.
